Attorney Lee Rohe of Big Pine Key, FL; deceitful loser

The State of Florida presented Lee Robert Rohe with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

The Florida Bar Association found Lee guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Served subpoenas for depositions on two out-of-state witnesses without complying with applicable statutes
  • Although there was no compulsion for the out-of-state witnesses to attend, the subpoenas misrepresented that failure to appear could result in contempt of court
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly violated the rules of a tribunal
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019) Lee practices in Big Pine Key, Florida.
