Attorney Kevin Richardson of New York City; bullying loser

The state of New York provided Kevin Scott Richardson with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Kevin is in charge of the office handling police disciplinary cases. He’s been accused of making threats and retaliating against lawyers in the unit who disagree with his decisions on disciplinary cases. (Thomas Tracy and Graham Rayman, New York Daily News)

One source told the Daily News:

  • "When there is conflict in a case, he makes their life difficult, threatens their career and treats them with hostility."
  • "It involves cases already in The (Daily) News."

Former/current staffers stated:

  • "Some of it is his protecting favorites of chiefs."
  • "He has said to more than one person, 'If you don't want to do it the way I want to do it, I will find someone else to do your job.'’
  • “He humiliates you in front of staffers."

Attorney Eric Sanders alleged that Kevin was bilking the taxpayers by using his city provided car to take personal trips.

And finally, there is no indication that Kevin is about to be fire or that an investigation into his untoward conduct has been undertaken by the Appellate Division, First Department as to any ethics violations.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Kevin continues to be employed by the New York City Police Department at 1 Police Plaza in New York, New York.
