Attorney Eric Pack of Glen Cove, NY; felonious druggie

The state of New York provided Eric A. Pack with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Touro University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged with felony controlled substance believed to be heroin
  • Police found 35 grams of deadly narcotics in his trunk during traffic stop
  • Charged with driving while license suspended
  • Charged with failing to use a turn signal
  • Ordered held on $75,000 bond or $50,000 cash bond
  • Police said Eric possessed the alleged heroin with the intent to sell because of the weight not being consistent with personal use

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Eric to cop a plea in order to reduce the time he’ll have to spend in prison. Additionally, no ethics complaints have been lodged against Eric; however, if and when that happens he’ll likely receive a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Eric practices at 21 Prospect Avenue in Glen Cove, New York.
