Attorney Megan Richards of Jacksonville, FL; drunken loser

The State of Florida presented Megan with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Florida Coastal University School of Law.

The Florida Bar Association found Megan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled no contest (guilty in effect) to driving under the influence (DUI) resisting an officer w/o violence
• Failed to promptly provide client with accounting of all funds belonging to client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Megan by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Megan practices at 2969 Gilmore Street in Jacksonville, Florida.
