Attorney Adam Wiensch of Milwaukee, WI; scamming loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Adam J. Wiensch with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Drafted and submitted false documents to the IRS
  • Breached fiduciary duties owed to his firm
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Petition filed on behalf of husband’s estate was induced by fraud, based on the altered and misdated documents that Adam had provided to the IRS attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license and ordered to pay costs of $5,028.97.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Adam practices at 2608 North Lake Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
