Attorney Kenneth Davies of Charlotte, NC; repeat offender

 

The state of North Carolina provided Kenneth Davies with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the Lewis & Clark School of Law.

 

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Kenny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in prohibited conduct by allowing disbarred attorney he hired to work on cases emanating from disbarred lawyers old law firm
  • Even after being advised of his misconduct in allowing disbarred attorney work on prior cases, Kenny continued to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Kenny’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Assisted disbarred attorney in the illegal practice of law
  • Allowed disbarred attorney to bill his client $200 an hour for legal work

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Kenny practices at 2112 East Seventh Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.
