• Failed to return unearned advance fees of $13,500 to client
• Failed to respond to client inquiries
• Failed to provide account of fees received to client
• Constructively terminated attorney-client relationship
• Waited for three year to refund $13,500 to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Patty gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
