Attorney James Greene of Naperville, IL; slacker, loser

The state of Illinois presented James Paul Greene with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Borrowed $10,000 a client without making required conflict of interest disclosures and
• Delayed in repaying borrowed $10,000 to client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Delayed in returning unearned fees to his clients
• Entered into a business transaction with a client that was neither fair nor reasonable
• Failed to promptly preparing estate planning and retirement plan documents for clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Jimmy practices with James P. Greene & Associates, Chartered at 1245 East Diehl Road in Naperville, Illinois.
