Attorney Dewey Haime of Loves Park, IL; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Dewey Richard Haime with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• After accepting retainer, took no further action on client matter
• Made false statements to client about progress of her case
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Dewey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Dewey practices with the Law Office of D. Richard Haime at 7111 North Alpine Road in Loves Park, Illinois.
