Attorney Mark Tillman of Chicago; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Mark Vince Tillman with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used $37,000 in estate funds without the knowledge of the executor of the estate, the beneficiaries or the probate court
• Had members of his staff falsely attest to his client’s signature on a will [subornation of perjury]T
• Client’s will invalidated after Mark made misrepresentations to the probate court regarding one of the witnesses and failed to procure the witness’ attendance at a court hearing in the matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Mark practices with Evergreen Legal Services at 9901 South Western Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
