Attorney Michael Martinko of Orlando, FL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida presented Michael Edward Martinko with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond, in writing, to Bar inquiries into his conduct (Screw you, said Mikey!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Mikey practices with the Law Office of Michael E. Martinko at 35 West Pine Street in Orlando, Florida.
