Attorney Gerald Tavares of New Port Richey, FL; ethical troll

The state of Florida presented Gerald Augustus Tavares with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the terms of his probation required in another matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.
