Attorney Ralph Francois of Hollywood, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida presented Ralph Stanley Francois with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
• Neglected to provide competent representation to a client (moron)
• Failed to make reasonable efforts to expedite litigation
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Ralph by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Ralph practices with Francois & Associates at 6453 Pembroke Road in Hollywood, Florida.
