Attorney Andrew Scott Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; repeat drunk driver

The state of Florida presented Andrew Douglas Scott Jr. with a law license in 2015 after he graduated University of Florida School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Adjudicated guilty of reckless driving which was reduced from driving under the influence
• Arrested a second time and charged with another DUI; however he was again adjudicated guilty of reckless driving as reduced from a DUI

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Andy practices with Ron Sholes PA at 4981 Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida.
