Attorney John Anastasio of Stuart, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida presented John J. Anastasio with a law license in 1987 after he graduated Seton Hall University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Audit led to shortages in Johnny’s trust account
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Johnny practices with the Law Office of John J. Anastasio at 3601 SE Ocean Blvd in Stuart, Florida.
