Attorney Peter McFarlane of Lakeland, FL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida presented Peter Angus McFarlane with a law license in 1991 after he graduated the University of Denver School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Pete sold his fifty percent interest in a corporation in April 1998, but failed to disclose to the buyer that the business had tax debts in excess of $50,000.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Pete practices at 500 South Florida Avenue in Lakeland, Florida.
