Attorney Jonathan Rotstein of Daytona Beach, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Christopher Anthony Roche (CAR) with a law license in 1991 after he graduated the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Represented a client where his exercise of independent professional judgment in the representation was materially limited by his responsibilities to another client or to a third person or by the his interests
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact in connection with a disciplinary matter (Screw you, said Johnny!)
• Engaged in conduct that was unlawful or contrary to honesty and justice
• Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Johnny practices with Rotstein & Shiffman LLP at 309 Oakridge Blvd in Daytona Beach, Florida.
