Attorney Vincent Cragin of New Bedford, MA; scamming loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Vincent N. Cragin with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Vinny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Stated or implied an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official
• Engaged  in  brazen a piece of misrepresentation by deleting certain words, phrases and sentences without use of an ellipsis, or any other indication of editing regarding a court filing
• Egregious misconduct led curt to impose double costs to be paid by Vinny to the window company and appellate fees to the homeowner regarding his sham lawsuit

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Vinny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Vinny practices with Halloran Lukoff Smith & Tierney PC at 432 County Street in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
