Attorney William Wells of St. Petersburg, FL; convicted check bouncer

The state of Florida presented William Pena Wells with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of issuing two worthless checks in the amount of $150 or more

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Alan practices at 8625 Burning Tree Circle in Seminole, Florida.
