Attorney Jan van Rosevelt of Columbia, SC; deadbeat loser

The state of South Carolina presented Jan Peter F. van Rosevelt  with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Jan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay required annual $225.00 attorney registration fee (deadbeat)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Jan by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Jan practices in Columbia, South Carolina.
