Attorney William Clifton of Cocoa, FL; ethical elf

The state of Florida presented William Reid Clifton with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond in a timely manner to official Bar inquiries into his conduct (Up yours, said Billy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.
