Attorney Stephen Schroeder of St. Petersburg, FL; ethical troll

The state of Florida presented Stephen Christopher Schroeder with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to follow minimum trust accounting procedures
• Failed to maintain minimum trust accounting records
• Failed to comply with a subpoena for trust accounting records
• Failed to promptly deliver trust funds owing to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2019) Stevie practices at 226 20^th Avenue SE in St. Petersburg, Florida.
