Attorney Bartley Vickers of Orlando, FL; thieving loser

The state of Florida presented Bartley Kenneth Vickers with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Bart guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter
• Failed to respond in writing to an official inquiry by the Bar into his conduct (Screw you, said Bart!)
• Collected an illegal, prohibited or clearly excessive fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bart by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Bart practices with Cole Scott & Kissane PA at 1900 Summit Tower Blvd in Orlando, Florida.
