Attorney Peter D’Angelo of Portage, MI; cheating slacker

The state of Michigan presented Peter A. D’Angelo with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #3 found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglect client’s adoption matter
• Neglected client’s divorce proceeding
• Failed to seek lawful client objectives through reasonable means permitted by law
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to refund unearned portion of advance fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed $657.09 in costs.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Pete practices at 1300 West Centre Avenue in Portage, Michigan.
