Attorney Michael Weisberg of Elk Grove, CA; repeat offender

The state of California provided Michael Charles Weisberg with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements

As one would suspect, this isn’t Mikey’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Mikey practices with the Law Office of Michael Weisberg in Elk Grove, California.
