Attorney Warren Small of Riverside, CA; serial offender

The state of California provided Warren Joseph Small with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of LaVerne School of Law.

The State Bar Court has charged Warren with engaging in the following misconduct.

Warren’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Took nearly 1-year to refund unearned fees to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the State Bar punished Warren by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Warren.

Warren’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to pass Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the State Bar punished Warren by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

Warren’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Attempted to mislead/deceive trial judge
• Committed an act involving moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption
• Signed client’s name to documents submitted to court under penalty of perjury

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Stevie for his egregious misconduct as aforementioned. At worst he’ll likely receive a complimentary reprimand or a 30-day suspension of his law license.
