Attorney Virginia Riggs-Horton of Bellevue, KY; ethical troll

The state of Ohio provided Virginia Maria Riggs-Horton with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from Northern Kentucky University College of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Virginia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed illegal act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Illegally provided contraband to prisoner who she represented and also had a personal relationship with
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Virginia by the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Virginia practices at 106 Memorial Parkway in Bellevue, Kentucky.
