Attorney David Wooden of Santa Ana, CA; repeat drunken convict

The state of California provided David Jonathan Wooden with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged with driving under the influence (DUI), second offense
  • Charged with DUI with blood count of 0.8% or more, second offense
  • Charged with unsafe lane change
  • Charged with disobedience for failing to stop at special stop sign
  • Charged with making sudden stop or decreasing speed without signal
  • Pled guilty to the five charges aforementioned
  • Sentenced to fifteen days in jail and ordered to pay restitution of $2,319.00

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Davey is employed as an Alternate Defender at 600 West Santa Ana Blvd in Santa Ana, California.
