Attorney Irving Rosenberg of Walla Walla, WA; ethical gnome

The state of Washington presented Irving Mark Rosenberg with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Irv guilty of the following misconduct.

• Altered a court order
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Irv by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license
