Attorney Matthew Malone of Lexington, KY; lying loser

The state of Kentucky presented Matthew Ryan Malone with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made a false statement of law or fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Signed his client’s name to at least eight documents w/o client’s permission
• At least six documents wherein Matty signed client’s name w/o client’s knowledge or consent, said document were falsely notarized by a member of his staff
• Failed to advise trial court or opposing counsel he had signed his client’s name to numerous documents that were subsequently filed with the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2018), Matty practices with Hurt Deckard & May PLLC at 127 West Main Street in Lexington, Kentucky.
