Attorney Steven Serle of Boca Raton; ethical troll

The state of Florida presented Steven Serle with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in inappropriate communication with a person who could be construed to be an employee or agent of a corporate entity represented by Stevie
• Failed to ensure that the conduct of the litigation attorney employed by him adhered to The Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
