The Illinois Supreme Court presented Frank D. Edwards with a law license in 1979.
While sitting as an Associate Cook County Circuit Court Judge, Frankie was arrested for possession of 4.9 grams of marijuana while traveling through the Phillip Golden Int’l Airport in Belize.
An ethics complaint was filed with the Judicial Commission regarding Frankie’s criminal conduct; however, the morons dismissed the complaint by claiming they lacked jurisdiction. Clearly, these morons missed their collective calling as standup comedians. There’s no dispute the Commission had jurisdiction to investigate any and all Illinois Judicial Misfits.
Knowing t he voters weren’t about to disregard Frankie’s criminal conduct, he resigned rat her than face their wrath.
