Attorney Oscar Rodriguez of Coral Gables, FL; repeat offender

The state of Florida presented Oscar Santiago Rodriguez with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Oscar guilty of the following misconduct.

Oscar’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide client with written contingent fee agreement
• Fee agreement failed to state method by which fee to be determined
• Failed to have fee agreement signed by client and himself

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Oscar by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment plus assessment of investigatory costs of $1,655.00 and administrative costs of $1,250.00.

• Charged client nonrefundable fee w/o confirming it in writing and explaining the nature and amount

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Oscar by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand plus assessment of investigatory costs of $1,250.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2019) Oscar practices with the Law Offices of Oscar S. Rodriguez at 4500 South Le Jeune Road in Coral Gables, Florida.
