Attorney Donovan Parker of Pembroke Pines, FL; slacker

The state of Florida presented Donovan Lloyd Parker with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to appear at mediation on client’s behalf
• Failed to take meaningful steps to reset mediation or otherwise solve the issue

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand plus assessment of investigatory costs of $1,250.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2019) Donnie practices with the Law Offices of Donovan L. Parker in Pembroke Farms, Florida.
