Attorney Armando Torres of Albuquerque, NM; ethical leprechaun

The state of New Mexico presented Armando Torres with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Armando guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglect led to dismissal of client’s personal injury case for his failure to prosecute the matter
  • Subsequently misled (lied) to client about dismissal of his case
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Armando by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Armando practices with Torres & Garde PC at 300 Central Avenue SW in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
