The state of New Mexico presented Brian L. Shoemaker with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.
The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 18-month suspension of his law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brian.
As we speak (ca. March 2019) Brian practices with the Shoemaker Law Firm PC at 1303 Rio Grande Blvd NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
