Attorney William Bazianos of Chicago; ethical troll

The state of Illinois presented William S. Bazianos with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from John Marshall School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy found it acceptable to convert $6,935 of $7,000 he had agreed to hold in escrow in connection with a clients’ real estate transaction.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Billy practices with Roeser Bucheit & Graham at Two North Riverside Plaza in Chicago, Illinois.
