Attorney Jason Castle of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Jason B. Castle with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the Case Western University State School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest involving current clients
  • Involved in personal relationship with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and ordered to pay investigative costs of $1,200.00.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Jason practices with Jaburg & Wilk PC at 3200 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
