Attorney William Lucero of Denver; cheerleader for convicted wife beater

The state of Colorado provided William Robert Lucero with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

In one matter, Billy was the Presiding Disciplinary Judge involving the case of attorney Philip Falco III of Denver who was convicted of assaulting his wife. An article dealing with Falco’s conviction can be viewed by visiting the URL at the end of this article.

Despite the egregious nature of Falco’s assault upon his wife, Billy decided that his punishment should be limited to a complimentary censure. In truth, a censure is nothing more than a verbal slap because it does not jeopardize a convicted wife-beaters law license.

Apparently, Billy is more concerned with protecting a wife-beater then he is in protecting the public at large. Given this attitude one might rightfully conclude that Billy is a dyed-in-the-wool misogynist or at a minimum an Aspiring Misogynist.
