Attorney John Braithwaite of Orlando, FL; cheating ambulance chaser

The state of Florida presented John Andrew Braithwaite with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the Barry University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into an agreement for, charged, or collected prohibited, illegal or clearly excessive fee or costs
• Illegally shared fees with nonlawyers
• Illegally paid various individuals for recommending his services
• Engaged in the improper solicitation of clients
• Knowingly violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Johnny practices with Braithwaite & Associates, P.A. at 390 in Orlando, Florida.
