Attorney Jason Montclare of Alamogordo, NM; moronic slacker

The state of New Mexico presented Jason Sage Montclare with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Disclosed confidential client information
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Jason practices with The Law Office of Jason S. Montclare in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
