Attorney Theresa Caldwell of Maumelle, AR; ethical gremlin

The state of Arkansas presented Theresa Lynn Caldwell  with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Improperly attempted to obtain financial interest in client business
• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving interests of a client
• Failed to obtain written contingent fee agreement

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Terry by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Terry practices with the Caldwell Law Office at 8030 Counts Massie Road in Maumelle, Arkansas.
