Attorney James Vassallo Jr. of Radnor, PA; ethical gremlin

The state of Pennsylvania presented James J. Vassallo Jr. with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Review Board  found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Represented client knowing it would violate Rules of Professional Conduct
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in illegal practice of law in another jurisdiction
• Made false or misleading statement about his services

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Jimmy practices with Leader Settlement Services at 150 North Radnor Chester Road in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
