Attorney Carlos Andujar Jr. of Vineland, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Carlos Andujar Jr. with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Carlos guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in gross negligence
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to appear in court on client’s behalf
• Failed to advise client of various court actions
• Inconsistent in representations to ethics investigators

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Carlos by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
