Attorney Melina Benninghoff of Madera, CA; drunken convict

The state of California provided Melina Shalysse Benninghoff with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of California Hastings School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Grant Melina guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI), second offense

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Courtpunished Melina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
