Attorney Albert Clark of Baton Rouge, LA; ethical elf

The state of Louisiana presented Albert D. Clark with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Southern University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Acted beyond the scope of client representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Al practices at 1330 Mayhaw Drive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
