Attorney Mark Marinoff of Baton Rouge, LA; convicted liar

The state of Louisiana presented Mark V. Marinoff with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Indicted by grand jury on charge of negligent injuring involving auto accident
  • Found guilty of criminal negligence causing grave injuries to another after bench trial
  • Trial judge ruled that Mark made conscious effort to conceal his involvement in the accident

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Mark practices at 606 Colonial Drive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
