Attorney Philip Falco III of Denver; convicted wife beater

The state of Colorado provided Philip Falco III with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Colorado State University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Physically assault his wife
• At the time of assault, wife was 20 weeks pregnant with their fourth child
• Pled guilty to third-degree assault
• Struck his wife with closed fist several times while pinning her on a bed
• Wife suffered concussion as a result of assault
• Made false statements to assault incident to sheriff’s deputy who responded to 9-1-1 call placed by wife

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.
