Attorney Rusty Miller of Lone Tree, CO; shoplifting liar

The state of Colorado provided Rusty David Miller with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Rusty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Stole bottle of wine valued at over $500 from a Castle Rock liquor store
• When contacted by law enforcement Rusty denied he stole the wine
• Rusty also denied knowing why law enforcement had contacted him
• Criminally charged with “Theft-Willfully Concealing Unpurchased Goods with Intent-Shoplifting”
• Pled guilty to shoplifting $500 bottle of wine

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Rusty by gifting him, with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Rusty.
