Attorney Peter Morse of Chicago; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Peter Charles Morse with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law Illinois Institute of Technology School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Converted law funds to his own personal use (cheater)
  • Breached fiduciary duties he owed to his firm
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Endorsed back of check for $30,000 belong to his firm and deposited the amount into his personal checking account and thereafter utilized said funds for his own personal purposes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else Jarret was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (September 2018), Pete practices with Morse Bolduc & Dinos LLC at 25 East Washington Street in Chicago, Illinois.
